Katherine C. (\u201cKC\u201d) Giese, Partner, CPA<\/h3>\n

KC began her accounting career in 2005 at Tax Counsellors of Bryn Mawr, LLC (\u201cTCBM\u201d).  After moving to DC to\n obtain her MBA, she joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where she worked and advanced to Manager in the Private\n Financial Services group.  Her focus while with PwC was on high net worth individuals and individuals with\n various foreign tax issues.  KC returned to TCBM in 2012 where she has been working closely with Bill and\n Lauren to further strengthen the practice and her tax expertise.  She has also taught several continuing\n education tax courses at TCBM.<\/p>\n

KC received her bachelor\u2019s degree from Amherst College and her MBA from the George Washington University.  She\n is a member of the AICPA and the PICPA.<\/p>\n

Lauren S. Giese, Partner, CPA<\/h3>\n

Lauren began her career at Tax Counsellors of Bryn Mawr, LLC in 2005 and has remained with the firm ever since. She\n has extensive experience  in closely held business and individual taxation. Lauren has used her education\n background to teach continuing education for accountants and CPAs.  She is very knowledgeable with Quickbooks,\n Excel, and Fasttax.<\/p>\n

Lauren received her BS in Secondary Education from the University of Vermont, and her Master\u2019s in Accountancy from\n Villanova University.  She is a member of the AICPA and the PICPA.<\/p>\n

William H. Giese, Partner, CPA \u2013 Retired<\/h3>\n

Bill began his career at PriceWaterhouse in 1968 and was a tax partner there from 1980 until 1995.  While at\n PriceWaterhouse, he was involved in all areas of the tax law, but his focus was on partnership and individual\n taxation (including extensive large family operations).  In 1995, Bill formed the firm William H. Giese, Ltd,\n which became Tax Counsellors of Bryn Mawr, LLC (TCBM) in 1997.  Bill has substantial expertise in partnership\n and S corporation tax law, entity structuring and organization, as well as all aspects of corporate and individual\n taxation.<\/p>\n

Bill received his bachelor\u2019s degree with honors from Amherst College, and his MBA from the Wharton School.  He\n is a member of the AICPA and the PICPA.<\/p>\n
